- The series will use a comedic method to tell a story about a person with dissociative identity disorder.
- Mandy Wong will play Evie Fong Yi Yan (方以因), a barrister with dissociative identity disorder. She experienced a sudden family change in her childhood, so when she encounters certain triggers, this barrister's two hidden alters, sad and wild, appear under different situations. She has three personalities, including a lawyer who has fiancé Jason Chan, a wild personality who persists in her own ways and has intense scenes with model husband Arnold Kwok, whom she had secretly married, and a pessimistic sad personality who has a romance with Benjamin Yuen. She has always wanted to hide her secret. The only one who knows this matter is Benjamin, who grew up with her; he even uses this to make her take him in as a pupil to let him learn to become a lawyer.
- Benjamin will play Kai Li Tung Kai (利東佳), an authentic public housing boy. He is an optimistic boy-next-door. He did not do well in his studies; however, because Mandy told him that he is quite suitable to be a lawyer, he does his best to become an eloquent lawyer who wears a wig on the court. After knowing Mandy's secret, he secretly helps his good friend, whom he grew up with. In the whole world, he is the only one who knows that that 'her' has appeared, in which one, who has been hidden by Mandy, likes him; however, once she returns to her true self, the one she loves is Jason. He is Mandy's pupil.
- Jason will play Kei Hiu Yung (紀驍勇), a tall, rich, and handsome working class emperor. He is refined and has a timid personality. He and Mandy have dated for many years, and are already at the stage of discussing marriage. He, who has an almost perfect personality, actually has some shortcomings: he is afraid of heights, blood, and people who have mental health problems. Because Mandy is afraid of losing him, she always works hard to conceal the fact that she has dissociative identity disorder.
- Lee Kwok Lun will play a ruthless prosecutor who clashes with Mandy. At home, he is a gentle and considerate 'mother' to his daughter. He was originally Mandy's mentor, but was betrayed by her.
- Snow Suen will play a psychiatrist.
- Arnold and Mandy were originally extremely distant; however, in three days, he becomes Mandy's most intimate person. The plot talks about Mandy suddenly going to the US. In that three days and two nights trip, she met Arnold, who was a model there. However, when Mandy returned to Hong Kong, she forgot about that trip, while Arnold went to Hong Kong to look for her, and told her that the two of them are already in a relationship.
- Kirby Lam will play a youth who has many part-time jobs. She is Benjamin's younger sister.
- Lily Leung will play Hong Kong's first female judge.
- Daniel Chau will play twin brothers.
- Raymond Chiu will play Cheuk Cha Lei (卓差利).
- Window Tsang will play a thief.
- Marcus Kwok will play Joseph, a Mainland golden manager.

FYI: The official English title of this series is "Threesome".
FYI: Due to illness, Ku Ming Wah has been replaced by Lee Kwok Lun.

Personal Note: TVB finally following the DID drama trend (which was so last year) by filming a female version of "Kill Me, Heal Me"....
